Each Fall, Milford’s  Pumpkin Festival draws tens of thousands of visitors to the town’s downtown. During this event, visitors experience Milford at its finest. Participants engage in a wide range of fun activities designed for all ages, but they also witness the community spirit of local volunteers, the support from local businesses, and the important role the downtown area plays in our community.

Traditionally, this 3-day Festival takes place on Columbus Day Weekend and occurs in Downtown Milford on the Oval, the Community House Lawn, Emerson Park and South and Middle Streets, Milford Town Hall and the Amato Family Performing Art Center on Mont Vernon Street.

Activities:

10:00am - 3:30pm: Scarecrows, Pumpkin and Face Painting at Community House Lawn, Scarecrow Making $15 per scarecrow, Face Painting $1 for one cheek, $5 full face, Pumpkin Painting $5 per pumpkin

11:00am - 3:00pm: Milford Historical Society's Eye-Spy Challenge at the Carey House 6 Union Street
Suitable for all ages but children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

12:00pm: Great Pumpkin Weigh-In
For the 30th year, Kokko Realty and The Kokko Family will be sponsoring and organizing the Great Pumpkin Weigh-in contest!   We are so very pleased and greatly appreciate their dedication and time to continue this great tradition! The ginormous pumpkins will be on display throughout the festival.

7:00pm: Carved Pumpkin Community Lighting at The Bandstand on The Oval between 8am - 10am or 6pm - 7pm

5:30pm - 9:00pm: Haunted Trail in Emerson Park, Tickets are $5, Children under 10 are $1 Screams are FREE! Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by an Adult!

2:30pm - 6:00pm: Flying Gravity Circus along Union Square near Pasta Loft.
The Flying Gravity Circus will be delighting the crowds with  with their  fun, high energy street performances!!
