Free Parking in Downtown Portsmouth from December 16-25

Who says there’s no such thing as a freebie? The Portsmouth Police Department announced just days ago that the city is giving shoppers, diners and browsers the gift of free parking from December 16-25. This is for on-street parking only, and doesn’t include the parking garages. Time limits on spaces will still be enforced.
