This Valentine’s Day, Michael Dutra – a Rhode Island native who has been performing his tribute to Frank Sinatra all over the United States since 2002 – will moonlight as “The Sultan of Swoon” at Tuscan Kitchen in Portsmouth over a three-course dinner featuring the finest artisan Italian cuisine.
A perfect evening of timeless romance, Dutra’s uncanny talents to channel “Ol’ Blue Eyes” in sound and style will make for an unforgettable celebration of San Valentino, the ancient Roman saint of love.
