Antrim’s Festival of Trees is a free month-long event held annually at the James A. Tuttle Library on Main Street in Antrim, New Hampshire. Sponsored by the Antrim Historical Society and the friends of the James A. Tuttle Library, the Festival of Trees is organized by an independent Committee of community-minded volunteers and seeks to celebrate the creativity and artistry of the region by showcasing trees, wreaths and displays decorated by local organizations, families, schools and businesses as well as quilters, artisans and craftsmen. Every nook and cranny of the historic three-story Tuttle Library is decorated with holiday displays representing a myriad of traditions, themes, religions and artistic whimsy, together creating a dazzling exhibit that encompasses the diversity of interests of the greater Antrim community and the Monadnock Region. Unlike other similarly named Festival of Tree events, Antrim’s is unique in that the trees, wreaths and decorations are not displayed for the purpose of sale but rather, for the enjoyment of all, free of charge.
