New year’s Eve Party: Dinner, Dancing, And Labelle Lights (Derry)

This celebration is the ultimate full package with a three-course plated dinner, a performance by the Freese Brothers Big Band, followed by a stroll through LaBelle Lights. Dress your best and get ready to dance the night away.

Our New Year’s Party is the complete package - commencing with a 3-course plated dinner, followed by a performance by the Freese Brothers Big Band, and concluding with a leisurely stroll through the captivating LaBelle Lights outdoor holiday light show! Don’t forget to dress the part for an unforgettable evening of dancing and fun.

Celebration Schedule:
6:00 p.m:  Event Begins
6:30 p.m: Three-Course Dinner Served
7:30 p.m - 9:30 p.m: Performance by Freese Brothers Big Band, with Dancing
9:45 p.m: Outdoor LaBelle Lights stroll begins
10:30 p.m: Event concludes

Dinner Menu:
First Course: Crab Rangoon - chilled Asian slaw, sweet chili sauce
Entree: Sake Braised Short Rib - sticky rice, braised bok choy, Togarashi Kombu demi glacé
Dessert: Black Sesame Profiterole - matcha ice cream, lemongrass whipped yogurt, Chantilly, pandan syrup

Vegetarian Dinner Option:
First Course: Vegetable Rangoon - chilled Asian slaw, sweet chili sauce
Entree: Soba Noodle Bowl - soba noodles, carrots, pickled ginger, shishito peppers, Brussels sprouts, ponzu sauce, crispy onion (served cold)
Dessert: Black Sesame Profiterole - matcha ice cream, lemongrass whipped yogurt, Chantilly, pandan syrup

Labelle Lights is a one-of-a-kind, awe-inspiring, outdoor walking light show designed to delight and inspire all who visit! You’ll experience a stunning show comprised of over one million lights coordinated with music that will bring a smile to your face and joy to your heart. The walk is approximately 20-30 minutes or more, depending on how quickly or slowly you choose to move through the show. There are also many photo opportunities throughout the show for you to take advantage of.

The Freese Brothers Big Band is in its 42nd year of keeping the sounds of swing and classic Big Band music alive – entertaining audiences throughout the region and raising scholarship funds for a new generation of talented musicians! The band offers a lively program that incorporates the classic sounds of Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Frank Sinatra, the Dorsey Brothers and Glenn Miller, with more contemporary tunes specially arranged for Big Band performances.
